While my book "mostly" focuses on my North American jaunts into nature, I also get into some other topics (inspirational quotes, podcasts) and music is one of them.
Listening to, reading about and writing about music is a passion of mine and this topic will be featured on this site.
For this post, I wanted to dig into one of my suggested playlists. This is my LET IT GO playlist geared towards that time (or frame of mind) when you need a little extra energy.
Maybe you didn't sleep well or are headed to an early morning workout.....

For me, these times call for hip-hop, rap and loud and pulsating hard rock music. Turn the windows down in the car, head out to your back porch or adjust your headphones and dive into this.
